Iron Maiden is coming

After performing at Split’s Poljud stadium in 2008, the legendary heavy metal band Iron Maiden is coming to Zagreb this summer. They will perform at Arena Zagreb on 31 July as part of their 'Maiden England World Tour', the European half of their world tour which began in America last year.

The first caravanserai opens in Zagreb

Zagreb has recently seen the opening of its first caravanserai on Vlaška Street, a place where visitors can relax over tea or coffee after a long day at work or travelling. An exhibition area and a souvenir shop offer a glimpse into the impressive diversity of Oriental cultures.

Zagreb is expecting the great Joe Satriani

On May 22nd, the great “professor” Satriani, one of the greatest rock guitarists in the world, will perform at Zagreb’s Culture Factory. His numerous Croatian fans will have the opportunity to enjoy some of his greatest hits as well as new tracks from his latest album, his 14th, which will be released in the spring. Do not miss the opportunity to see this rock legend live in concert.

The romantic facet of everyday life

Under a thick canopy of chestnut trees, one of Zagreb’s most romantic promenades will be the venue for numerous music and other stage shows, art exhibitions, open-air film projections and even a fireworks display for the half New Years’ celebration, all of which will be going on for exactly one hundred days. So many interesting events to choose from!

On October 5th, Arena Zagreb will be host to yet another global music star – Peter Gabriel, who will hold a concert as part of his latest European tour “Back to Front”. The tour will mark the 25th anniversary of the very successful album, “So”, which he recently rerecorded. He will perform in Zagreb along with his original band members.

The concert was fantastic and there was obviously a special chemistry between our band and the Zagreb audience. I think we never came back on stage after two encores, when we started packing our equipment. It was flattering and at the same time very moving.
